Refund Policy

Every new clinic gets 28 days free, with no card required. The trial is the full product, not a limited version, and it exists so you can decide before paying anything. Use it - it is the reason this policy is short.

You can cancel from inside Cerawave at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for; you keep full access until then, and you are not charged again.

We do not charge a cancellation fee and we do not require notice.

Billing is monthly in advance. A part-used month is not refunded by default, because you keep the service for the rest of it.

We do refund, in full, when:

• You were charged after cancelling - we refund that charge, without needing to be asked twice.
• A duplicate or incorrect charge was taken - we refund the difference.
• Cerawave was unusable for a sustained period in the month you paid for, because of a fault on our side.
• You subscribed in the last 7 days, have not used the paid month meaningfully, and ask us for a refund.

If your situation is not on this list and you think a refund is fair, write to us. We would rather look at it than hide behind the list.

Where a clinic has paid for a longer period in advance, cancellation refunds the unused whole months, less any discount that was given for committing to the term.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. We start them within 5 working days of agreeing to one; how long the money then takes to appear depends on your bank, usually 5 to 10 working days.

Cancelling does not delete your records. You keep 90 days to export everything, and we delete it after that. Ask us and we will delete it sooner.
