Terms and Conditions

Cerawave is record-keeping and practice-management software. It helps a clinic schedule appointments, keep patient records, write prescriptions, plan treatment, raise invoices, and capture consent.

Cerawave does not practise medicine or dentistry.It does not diagnose, does not recommend treatment, and does not check a prescription for safety. Every clinical decision, and everything recorded about a patient, is the treating clinician's responsibility. Nothing in the product substitutes for professional judgement.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you register, and for keeping your credentials secret.
• A clinic admin decides who has access and at what role. Removing a staff member is the clinic's job, and should be done the day they leave.
• You are responsible for everything done under your clinic's account, including by your staff.
• Accounts are for clinics. They may not be shared, resold, or sublicensed.

Patient records, clinical notes, invoices, and everything else your clinic enters remain yours. We claim no ownership of them. We hold them to run the service for you, on the terms set out in the Privacy Policy.

You may export your data at any time while your account is active, and for 90 days after it closes.

Cerawave never handles your patients' money. Patients pay you directly - cash, UPI, or your own card terminal - and Cerawave records what you tell it you collected. We take no share of your revenue and no cut of a consultation.

Invoices, receipts, and GST treatment are yours to get right. Cerawave computes tax from the rate you choose on a line and stores that as an immutable snapshot. It does not decide which rate applies to a supply, and it is not a substitute for your accountant.

• New clinics start on a free trial. When it ends, continued use requires a paid plan.
• Plans are billed per clinic, monthly in advance, in INR, through Razorpay. Prices exclude GST unless stated otherwise.
• A discount applies while the clinic owner holds an active Aghor studio subscription. It is checked at checkout and lasts as long as that subscription does.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
• We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change affects you.

• Do not use Cerawave for anything unlawful, or to store data you have no right to hold.
• Do not attempt to access another clinic's data, or to probe or bypass our security.
• Do not upload malware, or content that infringes someone else's rights.
• Do not resell the service, or use it to build a competing product.

We aim to keep Cerawave available and to give notice before planned maintenance, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Cerawave is provided as it is, without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. Keep your own records of anything you would be unable to reconstruct.

To the extent the law allows, Aghor Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost goodwill. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for Cerawave in that period.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited under Indian law.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend an account for non-payment, or for use that breaks these terms or endangers other clinics, and will tell you why unless we are legally barred from doing so.

On termination you keep 90 days to export your data, after which it is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
