Your wording, reviewed by you
Consent documents are defined by the clinic. Cerawave does not supply the legal wording, because consent wording is a clinical and legal decision that belongs to the practice and its advisers.
What the software provides is the capture and the record: which patient consented, to which document.
Recorded, not filed loose
Captured consent sits against the patient record rather than in a drawer, which is what makes it findable when it is actually needed.
Consent capture is listed as included on both plans.
Common questions
- Does Cerawave provide consent wording?
- No. You supply wording your own advisers have reviewed. Cerawave captures consent against it and keeps the record.
- Where is captured consent visible?
- Against the patient it was captured from, alongside the rest of their record.
