Per-practitioner pricing compounds with headcount and a revenue share compounds with the clinic’s own growth. A flat per-clinic fee does neither, which is the deliberate wedge for the Indian market.
Add an associate, a hygienist, or a second receptionist and the price does not move. Staff seats are unlimited on both plans.
GST is your call, computed and frozen
Cerawave computes GST from the rate you set on an invoice line and stores that as an immutable snapshot against the line.
It does not decide which rate applies to a supply. That depends on the treatment and on advice only your own accountant can give.
Communication where patients already are
Recall reminders can be delivered over WhatsApp using approved message templates, which is where Indian patients actually read reminders.
Confirmations and receipts are also sent by email, so a patient without WhatsApp is not left out of the loop.

- Do I pay more if I add another dentist?
- No. Both plans include unlimited doctors, receptionists, and other staff. The fee is per clinic.
