Trial first, then a plan
Every new clinic is issued a free trial when it is created. No card is required and nothing is charged during it.
The Subscription screen shows which plan the clinic is on, its status, and how much trial remains, counted from that clinic’s own trial end date.
Two plans, priced per clinic
Practice covers a single clinic end to end. Practice Pro adds the capabilities aimed at larger practices, including WhatsApp recalls, investigations, owner reporting, and document storage with malware scanning.
Both are billed monthly in rupees, per clinic, excluding GST, and can be cancelled at the end of any paid month.
The Aghor discount
Cerawave is the clinic tier of Aghor. An active Aghor studio subscription takes a standing percentage off either plan for as long as that subscription stays active.
There is no code to enter. Eligibility is checked against your Aghor account at checkout and is never taken from the browser, so the discounted price cannot be self-asserted.
How payment works
Checkout hands you to Razorpay’s hosted page. Card details never reach Cerawave.
The clinic becomes entitled when Razorpay’s signed notification confirms the subscription is active, which is why an abandoned checkout simply leaves no trace.
Common questions
- Who can start the subscription?
- A clinic admin. Doctors and receptionists can see the current plan but cannot start or change it.
- What happens to my records if the trial ends unpaid?
- Records are not deleted. The clinic is simply not on an active plan until a subscription is started.
- Is GST included in the price?
- No. Plan prices are stated excluding GST.
