Sign up with your work email and a password. Cerawave sends a confirmation link to that address, and the account is usable once you follow it.
The person who signs up becomes the clinic admin. That is the role allowed to manage staff and the subscription, so use an address the practice owner controls.
Set up the clinic
After confirming, onboarding asks for the clinic itself: its name and the details that appear on what you print and send.
Creating the clinic also issues its free trial. Nothing is charged and no card is required to start.
Invite the people who use it
From Staff, invite doctors and receptionists by email. Each invitation is a single-use link that expires, and it must be accepted with the address it was sent to.
Give each person the role that matches what they do. Roles decide what a person can open, and reception staff deliberately cannot reach the clinic’s billing settings.
Common questions
- Do I need a card to start the trial?
- No. The trial begins when you create the clinic and requires no payment details.
- I never received the confirmation email.
- Check spam first. The link is single use, so if it has already been opened once, request a fresh one by signing up or signing in again with the same address.
