The pieces are joined rather than parallel. A patient checked in at reception becomes a visit, the visit carries the clinical note and the prescription, the treatment plan becomes the estimate, and the estimate becomes the invoice.
Built for Indian practices
Pricing is per clinic and billed in rupees. GST is computed from the rate you choose on an invoice line and kept as a snapshot on that line, so a past invoice does not change when a rate does.
Printing matters here, so prescriptions, treatment plans, invoices, and visit summaries all print to A4 rather than assuming everything stays on a screen.
Cerawave never touches patient money
Patients keep paying the clinic the way they already do: cash, UPI, or the clinic’s own card terminal. Cerawave records what was collected, against which invoice, by which method.
There is no gateway to sign up for, no settlement to wait on, and no share taken from a consultation. The only money Cerawave collects is its own monthly subscription.
